Different forms - if there is no lock button on the device memory and then controlled by software. When connected, you will receive an "a" or "b" unit of the size of a floppy disk and an "F" or later, the drive is 1 GB or what to read, but only - run the start ". .. exe "program (or UDP file with the name ... exe"), which is in drive A or B to be seen. If there were something like a startup, you may have supplied some software on a CD with something - is be there.

Can be locked and you need to unlock a password.
If no data on what you need, then try to reformat.

If any change should not be read.
It seems as if the computer does not recognize correctly, or the device is damaged.

I suggest where you bought it and see what we do to replace it can return.
